I lost my 15-year old Gabby to lymphoma over 3 years ago, although I still have her sister Samantha, now over 19. I still think about it and wonder what I could have done differently...and still get a little teary when think about it too much. My cats are completely dependent on me, and that makes them as close to children as I'm going to get :) Re: vaccinations: When my indoor cats became seniors and contracted chronic kidney disease I stopped vaccinating them. My vet had no problem with that. They've been indoors-only all their lives. Again, I know what you're going through, and I'm really sorry. I’m so sorry Sara.
